Responsibilities:

  • Searching for potential programs via online-searching, phone-calling, brochure-issuing and other channels

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Project Engineer Engineering Beijing

The Project Engineer will be designing refrigeration systems for the recreation sector and will also be involved in project management, and client liaison with Chinese and Overseas clients.

The Project Engineer everyday main responsibilities should consist of:

  • Prepare and review the refrigeration system designs and drawings with assistance from drafting staff
  • Prepare the job schedule in cooperation with the CTC construction engineers and owner’s engineers
  • Select components
  • Source equipment and prepare all purchase requisitions
  • Assist to coordinate shipments and construction
  • Prepare owner’s manuals for the projects (coordinate parts from other engineers as well as assembly of manufacturer’s information)
  • First line supervision and training of draftsmen
  • Works with other department engineers to assign and check work of the draftsmen
  • Instruct Project technician
  • Train the draftsmen
  • Receive training from senior design engineers working on the design of industrial refrigeration systems on a wide range of applications from recreational (Ice rinks) to food/beverage and mining.
  • Travel occasionally in order to meet the project needs (about 50 days a year)

The following main responsibilities:

  • Assist Executive Vice President to develop business plans and sales strategies for local market to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Assist in development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
  • Provide timely performance feedback to senior management
  • Create and conduct proposal and presentations, and retrieve responses
  • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
  • Be responsible for sales budget and the cost of the examination and approval of our sales contract and surveillance, and shall be responsible for project sales of payment timely tracking.

Project Manager Engineering Beijing

The Project manager everyday main responsibilities should consist of:

  • Reporting to the construction manager, you will be responsible for the design management of projects in a given region.
  • To be responsible for the construction management related to architectural design, interior design and E&M works of our projects.
  • Liaise with client, consultants, contractors, and relevant government department to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • To supervise and monitor project contraction and cost.
  • If possible, possess recognized qualifications Constructor certificate in the case of PRC, and member if HKIA and authorized person, in the case of HK
  • Degree holder or above with major in mechanical studies or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients and business partners

  • Strong safety awareness
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required
